From the time of inquiry until the safe delivery of my car I received prompt, honest and friendly customer service. I had a last minute move and job transfer from Texas to California. I was worried about how and when I could get my car to California. I was becoming frustrated with the high prices and slow or not at all responses from other companies. Finally before giving up I inquired about a quote on safe-direct's website at about 10pm and the following morning I received a quote and personal call from Jason to schedule a pick up. I was put at ease evenmore when arrangements were made for a pick up with a family member. Less than a week later my car was shipped to my door. I was most impressed that they called me beforehand to make sure I would be home and arranged a drop off after I got home from work. Great company, Great Service, Great Prices!
