From my initial inquiry to pickup of my car, everything went as communicated and promised. I was nervous about shipping my brand new SUV across country but Tom assured me all would go well and if not, they were fully insured and would cover any and all costs related to damage during transport. My car arrived and was in the same shape as I had dropped it off in. I would highly recommend Safe-Direct Car Shipping and would use them again on my next move.
