Everything went exactly as they said, absolutely no surprises. They pricing was fair, maybe $75-100 more than the lowest bidders, but well below the higher shippers. Dealing with them over the phone gave us the most confidence they new what they were doing, they were polite, patient and knowledgable (most of the other shippers came across as ignorant and uncarring)...and most important, their delivery date was 7-10 days shorter than the other lower priced shippers. They did all the coordination with the shipping party and there was no waiting on either end. We called Tom when we had a question about delivery and he had the driver call us back directly within the hour. On delivery day the driver called us when he said he would and gave us an estimated time of arrival and he showed up exactly when he said he would. l And the car actually show up clean, I suspect the driver may have washed it off before delivery(?). We don't ship cars around the country every day, but if we did we would definately use them again.
