I chose Safe-direct initially based upon the reviews I read online & on their online video. I felt they were a good fit for my needs and they did not disappoint.

David was my go to guy @ Safe-direct. He was very efficient, knowledgeable & answered all my questions w/patience.

David found a carrier for my target date & the price was an average figure ($1150)for a cross country transport(NJ to CA). I looked up the carrier & didn't like their reviews, so I called David & voiced my concerns. He was very accommodating & listened to what I had to say, but most importantly, he didn't blow me off. That is a HUGE factor for me, he respected my wishes & even assured me that he could find another carrier w/in the targeted time frame of pick-up(3days!).

My carrier was on time for pick-up & drop off. The carrier was efficient & punctual...what a great experience!

I will highly recommend Safe-direct car shipping to all my contacts, as well Xpress car transport who got my car here safe.

p.s. I put "dirty" on the vehicle condition, because it was on an open carrier & it traveled cross country. That is to be expected & no fault of the carrier....
