Safe-Direct Car Shipping was a top notch professional company that I would highly promote. From the time I decided to go with this company it took only 3 hours for them to get an enclosed truck on the way. David from Safe-Direct Car Shipping was very professional, answered all my questions and returned my emails in a prompt manner. My vehicle was picked up without any problems in Minnesota. The driver, Marvin Reed, was great! So friendly. He would call to update me on the progress of the transport. I was extremely happy when Marv called to tell me that he would be early (by a day) and if that was ok with me. Of course it was ok with me, I was dying to get that car, but if being early had been a problem, Marvin would have dropped off the car on the original date. My vehicle arrived in Michigan right on time when Marv said it would. He unloaded it, had me inspect it top to bottom. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. It came out still spotless and gleaming. I was very impressed and would absolutely use Safe-Direct Car Shipping again! Thank you so much for your professionalism and attention to detail.
