This was my first time using an auto transportation company. I researched this endlessly and decided on safe-direct car shipping. My broker Chris was patient and very helpful. He answered all my questions and kept me up to date on the time frame and progress. He worked around my odd work schedule and made me confident about the whole process. I was given a driver on time and the remainder of the pickup and delivery went flawlessly. Our driver was knowledgable and a very nice guy. His truck was spotless and well taken care of which was a reflection of his service and care for my vehicle. He arrived early and as expected, my car was in perfect condition. Highly recommended.
