I recently took a job back in the Chicago area and needed to relocate from California. Having never shipped a car before I found Safe Direct online. Their response time was great to my initial inquiry and the site had a lot of information on FAQs. Jennifer was excellent at explaining the process and industry. My carrier arrived on the first day available, provided ample notice of when he would arrive, and showed up on time. My car actually beat me to Chicago! This worked great as I had arranged for it to be dropped off at the new office. I would use Safe Direct again -good service and timing and great value.
