Carrier did not contact us when they were supposed to both on pick up and delivery(one day ahead). We had to call them and then they got annoyed. At pick up, my daughter was asked for the full payment which was never agreed upon. Full payment was to be at drop off and then they asked for $50 more which of course they did not get! Safe -Direct was great; friendly and knowledgeable but I might add that there should be a better screening of these carriers because our experience is they like to take advantage of the customer.
