This was first time shipping a car. Tom did a great job educating me about the process. He also did as great job putting up with my neurtoic behavior. As an extremely organized person I like to have everything planned and scheduled well in advanced. This just does not happen when you ship a car. The nature of the business is that you do not get assigned a carrier until it gets really close to your first availabe pick up date. Tom kept reassuring me that my car would be picked up and delivered on time and he was correct. He was patient and my assigned carrier EZ Load was also very professional. They contacted me and picked up and delivered the car on time and everything worked out great. I would definatley contact Tom when I need to ship a car again and now that I know the process I am sure I will not be as neurotic.
