Overall, I had a good experience with Safe Direct. I chose them initially because of their reasonable price and extensive information on their website. The only challenge was that my car was picked up 4 days after my preferred pickup date - Given a slightly tight window for pickup, eventually I had to increase my rate $100 (which was my choice) to get a carrier. But, I promptly got one, which helped a lot. The carrier (National Express Transportation Llc) was outstanding - the driver accommodated my schedule, gave me updates on the way, and was very kind and professional throughout the process.
