Tom did a good job of staying on top of things; the truck driver was very nice. I have never shipped a car before so I learned that you have to pay attention to what is going on. Communication was good but I had to initiate it, the car came in perfect shape on the day they said it would. Suggest you remember there is 24 hours in a day, my car came at 10:00 at night and I had to go find them since the rig was 85' long and they came a way that would not allow access to the final destination. But it all worked out. So in short, shipping a car requires a little bit of work, it is more than just a few emails. It was a happy ending.
