The transport of my daughter's car was much easier than expected. I received quotes from numerous companies. The prices ranged from $900 to $1600. I was surprised that only two of the companies contacted me to follow up on their quotes. I selected Safe-Direct because Chris was very helpful and responsive. As soon as we received the quote, he contacted me to see if I had any questions about the process. All of my concerns were addressed perfectly. The carrier contacted me the day before the pickup about the time and location of pickup and contacted me again when he was about an hour away. Upon pickup I asked them when they expected to deliver the car in Indiana, morning or afternoon. They said the morning and they would call my daughter the day before delivery. Just as they said, they contacted her and gave her a 2 hour window in the morning. They delivered the car directly to her house at the time quoted. They whole process was simple. Chris contacted me to make sure the delivery went smoothly. I would recommend Safe-Direct because I felt that Chris was very responsive to all questions and made sure that the car was delivered in the same condition that it was picked up.
