I’ve never shipped a car before so I was stressed making this decision. I got at least 6 bids and checked every company with BBB before choosing Safe-Direct. I have to say those YouTube videos answered a lot of questions. Their bid was about in the middle of the field. The final price ended up to be $100 more than the initial bid but David educated me as to why and I trusted him so the car shipped on the day I wanted. You have to find the “sweet spot” to get on a trailer and it took an extra $100 for that to happen on that day. A little wheeling and dealing goes on so I was glad David did it for me, that is what you pay the broker for.

The driver was easy to work with and was friendly. I got frequent updates as to the delivery date through David who answered all my emails and phone calls quickly and personally. The car had no damage even though the driver had to tape down the antennae so it wouldn’t snap off. All in all it was a good experience and I recommend them.
