This one is a totally different experience from all previous ones. Although paid slightly more, the whole process went very smoothly and peaceful. No worry about no-show or delay at all. About 10 days before the desired pick-up day 8/5, I ordered on line and received a confirmation and a call from Chris immediately after. Chris discussed with me about my requirement and worked intelligently to match my needs with a carrier that would meet my tight timeline. On 7/30, Chris dispatched BNTT Corp for a pick up on 8/5. I called BNTT and a lady nicely confirmed the date. The day before the pickup, the driver/owner contacted me to affirm the next day pick-up and made efforts to meet our time requirement as it was a Sunday and we did not want to be tied to the waiting. Frequent contacts occurred between Saturday and Sunday to ensure the timeline. When the driver arrived, I was surprised to see an enclosed truck that also was carrying luxury cars. I was glad to see our 10-year old minivan was receiving the luxury treatment. The driver confirmed with me about the required delivery time. During the whole process, the driver was easy to reach and quick to respond, very kind and professional, and showed an in-depth experience about the car transportation. He had even ensured me if our flight got delayed and he would find a way to deliver it to us. The car was clean at the delivery, just like it was before the pickup. Chris did a great a job in explaning details at all steps in a timely manner. They are very serious about their business and reputation in a long run. I will definitely recommend them to others. Try it and see for yourself.
