They did an excellent job. I liked the door to door service. The driver was good about keeping me updating on his progress. You could also call your carrier and they would let you know the progress. Safe Direct was easy to get in touch with either via email or phone. It was reassuring that the car was insured. The videos that they have you watch were helpful as well.
