Safe-Direct was a very good experience. From the initial call they were very helpful and answered all my questions. Their representative was very knowledeable and walked me through the entire process. They always returned my calls promptly and their website was very helpful and had great tips on how the shipping process works and what to do and not due. They had great follow-up before and after the order was completed.

The price they quoted was fair and there were no variances.

The car was picked up when they said it would be and within the time they said it would be picked up.

The service was fast between Illinois and Arizona. The driver arrived on the day he said he would and exactly when he said he would arrive. He was curtious and friendly.

The car arrived in perfect condition and there were no problems.

I definetly will use them again.
