My contact person was quick to contact me, he told it like was and was very personable. They kept me informed as to when the driver would be in the area and when the driver would contact us. The driver was also a very nice guy, knew his business. My vehicle actually showed up a day earlier plus the driver said he could get the car closer to my home for drop off. I was only 10/15 minutes away when driver called and told me he was at the drop off spot and then when I showed up he already had the vehicle unloaded and ready to go. I would recommend this carrier to anyone needing a vehicle transported.
