This was actually the second time I shipped my car with safe-direct. Both times were worry free. I was explained through the whole process clearly, knowing what I should do and should not.

Pick up was easy, however, it was usually the shipper decide the pick up times, less flexible for me actually, but that's understandable. Delivery however, the first car I shipped, delivery time was hours later than what my appointment was. Had to kept waiting until shipper finally arrived at the meeting point. Second car I shipped, with the delivery address confirmed several times through email and text messaging, shipper still managed to deliver it to a wrong location, resulting in another hour of delay.

Anyway, cars arrived safe, and no damaged done.
