This was a totally new experience for me but Chris at Safe Direct Car Shipping made the whole process an easy one to navigate and complete. The videos and FAQ's provided almost all the answers to questions I needed and then a few quick conversations by phone and we were on our way to getting a vehicle from Colorado to the Bay Area of California in what I consider record time. The driver stayed in touch from the time he had the car on his truck (3 PM on Monday afternoon) until actual arrival (7:30 PM on Tuesday evening) so I was never sitting around wondering what was going to happen and when. Everything I was told was exactly what happened. Chris followed up with a call to see if everything went as planned and what could I say but "excellent"...he and the driver were both professional and pleasant to deal with and I would not hesitate to tell friends and family to use this service. The cost was reasonable when you compared it to the cost of airfare to where the car was and two to three days on the road with meals, hotel, and gas to drive it myself.
