This was my first experience with an auto transporter. I must say I was extremely nervous. I had just purchased a Nissan Juke SL which made me super nervous. David was great. He sent me videos to watch to help alleviate some of the stress. He answered all my questions numerous times and tried to make me feel more at ease with the whole process. Michael was the actual transporter. I couldn't have asked for a better person. He called numerous times before actual pick up and called during the trip. He was so cordial and so thorough. He made me feel at ease immediately. I did lots of research before I chose this company and I'm super glad that I chose them. I would use them again in a heart beat! They made sure my car got picked up on the actual day I chose and made sure it got to Florida the same day I did. Superb!!
