Chris with Cars safe direct was exellent to work with regarding my car shipment from New Jersey to Kansas June 19th-22nd. The driver with the assigned shipping company KTBS was good. He asked to come earlier on pick up day and I was ok with that but then he did not come until later with no follow up call to indicate this. He did call when he arrived and was responsive when he got to Kansas and accomodating on the pick up location for my car since we were on a military installation. Car arrived in great condition and quickly. It was picked up @7pm on Tues and arrived @ 5 on Friday. overall I had a great experience and will use Safe-Direct again when shipping my car on our next move.
