With my car being shipped from a fairly remote location in Pennsylvania to Florida, the broker did all he could do to find a carrier to deliver my car in the time frame that worked best for me. Communication was awesome and whenever I called or emailed with a question, I got a response very quickly and sometimes within just a few minutes. The broker also made sure that he selected a very reliable carrier as well. Even though carriers needed to be changed a few times, it was not because of Safe-Direct and they worked hard to find another carrier after the previous didn't work out. Overall, I had a good experience with Safe-Direct and would definitely use them and the future and recommend them to anyone.
