I am happy that my car come to the destination safely. My children told me that the person who delivered our car to them is nice. There is only one thing that I do not like is when I contacted with Safe Direct Car Shipping and carrier since I was told someone will contact us and let us know the time that they come to pick up our car one day before. Our car was scheduled to pick up on Monday. We waited until Sunday afternoon and nobody contacted us. I tried to call Safe Direct Car shipping and carrier many times, but nobody reply. I called and left messages and nobody called us back. Then Monday morning, I called again and David told me that he would contact carrier and let me know later. Then we waited again. Then Monday afternoon, we was told that they will come to pick up at 8 PM, we waited and they come to pick up about 11 PM.

Overall, I am happy and appreciate that they delivered our car safe and good. I understand that carrier worked hard. Therefore, I appreciate the service. I just wish if they can reply my calls and let me know what was going on if they could not come on time to pick up the car. However, they did a good job and I think I will use the service again in the future.
