The overall process was fairly good. Chris from Safe-Direct was very informative and seemed genuinely concerned with making it a comfortable processes for me. He set me up with the carrier, informed me and told me what to expect. He called every few days and made sure the carrier was working well with me. The carrier they set me up with was fairly good aswell. The car was picked up and shipped within the estimated time and in the same condition it was picked up in. I would definitely use safe Direct again!
