Never a moment's worry with CAA Transport. Whenever I called to check on pickup arrangements, my call was answered by a person (not a machine) who knew who I was. Pickup was exactly on time, with 2 phone calls in advance to confirm and reassure. Car was well handled, and arrived on the east coast earlier than we expected. This was a good experience.
