I had Tom as my broker. He was very knowledgeable about the process of shipping my car from the West Coast to the East Coast. He kept me notified about the progress about the shipping bids and delivery dates. Although the actual car shippers were not the most reliable due being a little late, Tom was very good with everything he was in charge of.
