Very easy process to go through. This was the first time using a car shipper and Tom walked me through it step by step. He was straight forward and up front, communicating with me the whole time letting me know when the car was to be picked up. There were no hidden fees, we paid exactly what was agreed upon. Our neighborhood is small but the driver of the truck was very nice, he got the car almost to our door, closer than I expected. I would use Safe-Direct Car Shipping again.
