Tom was very knowledgeable and completely honest. This was very important to me after attemting to use another company which was a complete failure. Tom picked up the pieces and got my daughters car on a truck quicly and safely. Tom was in contact with me on a very regular basis to keep me informed of his progress to get a truck and then when a truck was dispatched the truck driver was in contact and very professional!! I would reccommend Safe-Direct to all my Military friends who find themselves having to ship a vehicle. I could not ask for better overall servcice!! THANK YOU SAFE-DIRECT and TOM :)
