I chose Safe-Direct because they provided excellent information on their web site that answered most of my questions and concerns and they had a good rating. David remained in continual communication via email and phone and was very responsive to my needs. We had a problem with locating a carrier at the time that I preferred, so that was frustrating, but David worked with me to suggest adjustments to make my posting more appealing to carriers. Apart from the time factor, which is out of Safe-Direct's control, I felt confident that the car would be handled with care. The truck driver ran into mechanical problems, which added time to the delivery but he did his best to deliver the car under adverse circumstances, and it was delivered in perfect condition
