SAFE-DIRECT CAR SHIPPING PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. THE REPRESENTATIVE, TOM, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND ADDRESSSED ALL OF MY CONCERNS.

THERE WAS A DELAY WITH THE PICKUP WHICH CREATED SOME CHALLENGES BUT OVERALL THE CARRIER/DRIVERS (KB TRANSPORTATION) PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE IN HANDLING THE VEHICLE.

THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE AND IF EVER I NEED TO TRANSPORT A VEHICLE AGAIN, I WILL DEFINITELY GIVE SAFE-DIRECT A CALL.
