This was this first time I shipped a vehicle and I was nervous about the process. Everything went very smoothly. It was easy to contact a real person and ask questions. The pick-up and delivery were on-time. The company followed up with me to make sure everything went okay. I have nothing negative to say about my experience. I would highly recommend Safe Direct.
