Though I would typically have to leave a vm when i called they were pretty good at getting back to me in a timely manner. They were also pretty good at responding to emails which I greatly appreciate. I did have a misunderstanding when asked if I would be willing to pay $50 extra to have my car picked up between 17th and delivered on the 19th. I thought the extra fee was to have it delivered within a shorter amount of time, but turns out it was just to have it picked up and transported at all bc the carrier was asking for more gas money. Other than that misunderstanding I was pretty satisfied with the service. More than anything I would use them again bc they are honest, reliable and good at getting back to you.
