Tom from Safe Direct Car Shipping was very attentive and his follow up was great. Our main issue was the cost of the move as we were not on any type of time schedule. We were contacted by "Mike the Russian" regarding a pick up time for the next day. Other than Mike calling and saying he wanted to get the vehicle a couple of hours earlier than originally indicated, everything went without a hitch. I think what most people do not understand with this industry is that it is very difficult for the carriers to pin point exact times seeing as they are travelling to various locations for their pickups AS WELL AS the fact that they need room to be able to load the cars and that a one lane residential area is NOT going to work out. Mike called me the night before he expected to arrive with the vehicle and gave me an anticipated arrival time. The next day he called approx. 2 hours before arrival and I was able to make arrangements with him for a drop off location giving him enough room to unload. My experience with both Tom from Safe Direct and Mike from KJ Falcon was very good and would use them again as well as recommend them.
