I was overall satisfied with the service of David from Safe-Direct and Saturn Auto Trans, the carrier. David was prompt in returning my phone calls and replying my emails. Since I won't be in Virginia when the car gets there, I need others to pick up the car for me. To accommodate their schedule, the delivery needs to be in certain time of the day. The driver managed to deliver the car in that time frame! I will consider using Safe-Direct for my next car transport.
