Tom is always very helpful and very professional. He is always available for your calls and emails,and always takes the time to respond the same day. I understand that he deals with many different truck drivers, and he can't control their professionalism. The pick up driver was excellent, however the delivery driver himself could use a few lessons on not touching the inside of the cars when he doesnt need to.
