This is my first time shipping a car. I'v done a lot of research and have read many bad experiences with auto shipping companies. So I was very caution in finding the right company to work with, especially with a broker. But reading the reviews here on Transport Review helped out a lot in my findings.
- What I like about SafeDirect car shipping is that there website is very informative and the video help out a lot with preparing my vehicle for shipping.
- Dave at SafeDirect was very helpful and reliable. He found me the lowest shipping quote ever, and trust me I spent days getting quote from everyone. Dave also found me the best driver for my car.
- The drive was on point. He kept me in contact with every step from pick up to delivery. He also let me know which state he was in. I was never out of the loop. If there was a set back he would let me know.
- So the whole over all experiences from SafeDirect, Dave, the driver and getting my car fast and safe was EXCELLENT. I would recommended SafeDirect and would use them again.
- Also Dave made this experiences stress free, thank you Dave
