I had never shipped a car before and was afraid of choosing the wrong company with all the scams out there on the internet. I chose Safe Direct Car Shipping and was glad I did. Tom was very helpful and put my mind at ease when describing the whole process. He gave me status updates on my order by phone and e-mial and when it was time to pick up my car, he gave me contact information for the carrier. The carrier was also very courteous and accommodating. This was my son's car that I was shipping to California and he kept in contact with my son throughout delivery and was right on time. I would definitely use them again.
