Tom at Safe Direct Shipping was Great! He was very clear from the beginning about everything he was going to be able to do and not do. He took care of everthing over the phone as, I was unable to be at either the Pick-up or Drop-off locations. He was very honest and polite and let me know exactly what was going on!
Would definately use them again!

P.S. Tom should get a raise!!!
