I represent a municipality that has never utilized a shipper to deliver a vehicle. David Franco at Safe Direct led me through the maze involved with the procurement of automobile shipping. He was very patient and helpful with my needs. He took time to explain how the system operated and how the payment method works. Both Safe Direct and the actual carrier worked well with the unique payment constrictions a municipality must conform to. David kept me informed and was a great advocate for my municipality. The carrier contacted me often with location updates and arrival times. The carrier actually waited additional time so the antique vehicle could be wrapped in a protective film by the restoration group. As a person who had no prior experience with shipping I can attest to the great customer service from Safe Direct and their carrier.
