While I had my reservations about shipping my car, the entire experience was surprisingly very easy with Safe-Direct! I worked with the broker, Tom, who was very responsive to my inquiries both by his direct line and via email. He kept me updated the entire time. He was informative in explaining the Standard vs. Economy rates, provided the carrier's licensing and insurance documents promptly, and was simply very accessible during the entire process. Since my dates were flexible, I went with the economy rate, and it took roughly 4 days from the first available date to pickup. The carrier, GEGA Transportation, was equally professional. Both the dispatcher and the driver were friendly and honest. They delivered the car in great shape and were accurate about their pick up and delivery times (only 3.5 days from LA to WV). All around, I appreciate the great service at a very reasonable price - would definitely recommend them.
