I have never had a car shipped before so I was apprehensive of the whole process. The Safe Direct, Representative David was very understanding and provided answers to my various questions. He walked me through the process and followed up on my progress of receiving my car up to the very end. I would recommend this company with high rating, they are the best. The delivery person was excellent. I see why they have an "A" rating with the Better Business Bureau!
