I appreciated communication between myself and David Franco from Safe Direct auto transport. Upon 1st call to them he offered information which allowed me the opportunity to make an informed choice from the 10 or12 auto transporters who bombarded me with offers to move my car for me. It was valuable information and I would use them again if necessary because of his frankness. I was given the phone number of the driver from the truck who I called a few times to check on whereabouts. He answered each time, can you believe that? Can't even get my husband to do that!! All in all- a decent experience to something unfamiliar to me. Thanks! Much appreciated.
