Felt very comfortable with my transaction with HF from start to finish. I had a very limited window for both pickup and dropoff. David stayed in contact with me as he tried to find a carrier to take the car and provided me with options and suggestions about making my price more competitive. He took the time to provide me with his knowledge and experience with trying to find a carrier and stay competitive so that I can get the pickup and dropoff that I needed. The carrier was reliable and I appreciated the constant communication directly with the driver.
