CA to NY - Great Price and Customer Service

I worked with David Franco from Honesty First and he was very helpful with my order and was very responsive to multiple emails, even after office hours.

. . . I had done plenty of research for other companies to ship my car from Irvine, CA to Ithaca, NY and many said it could not be done under $1000, but I went with Honesty First for $900 and ONE DAY after booking with Honesty First, they found a car transport company willing to take my car, and set up a time to pick it up on my first available pickup date.

. . . US Ark Transport was my carrier used and they were very friendly and got the job done efficiently. It was a bit difficult getting in communication w/ the actual driver to agree on times to meet. The administrative personnel from the company contacts you to set up a time, but this is not always accurate and did not agree with the driver's actual schedule. I received a call at 7am from the transport company stating the driver would be at my house in the afternoon. After waiting all day, I received a phone call from the actual driver about 9pm stating he could not make it and would pick it up the next morning.

. . . Once the driver came everything worked out fine and he was very friendly and polite. He could not give me an estimate of the arrival time and I was not given any further communication of when the car would be received in my destination. He kept repeating "I will call you" which is not that reassuring. I received a call from the company the day before I flew out to NY saying the car would be there the day I arrive. It was great timing, and the driver was very much on-time.

. . . I would recommend both Honesty First and US Ark Transport for shipping cross country.
