Had great customer service from Tom, he was direct and it was obvious he knows the business.didn't tell me just what I wanted to hear but told me the pros and cons of this industry and what to expect. A potential problem was averted with Four Season Auto Transport in relation to the pick-up of my vehicle and the transport to the terminal for loading.The flatbed driver was preparing to tow an all wheel drive cadillac behind his tow truck because he already had a car on the bed.You would think the towing company employee would know you cannot tow an all wheel drive vehicle without proper drivetrain ajustments or you will damage the transmission.My family had to tell him to load it on the flatbed or leave.This has nothing to do with Tom Miller and Honesty First Auto Transport who were nothing short of professional. Also, Craig the truck driver who transported my vehicle across the country was also very professional and kept in touch with me through-out the trip.Craig is a man who really enjoys life and expresses it in his demeanor and his attitude. well done. Thanks again for an overall great experience on my first time in transporting a vehicle across country.
