Good experience w/ Honesty First Auto Transport

I was refered to Honesty First Auto Transport by a friend who had a good experience. I engaged First Auto Transport on 6/22/11 to find me a carrier for my son's car to be shipped from the Villanova area (Pennsylvania) to Tacoma, WA. I initially worked with David Franco and he was very professional and responded to my phone calls and emails promptly. My son's car was picked up on 7/11/11 by the carrier, so it took quite awhile for an available carrier to be located. The positive out of this was that I was not charged until the carrier was located and Honesty was upfront about having difficulties locating available carriers (must have been a busy summer for auto transports). Once the carrier was onboard, the car was picked up without incident and delivered in only 5 days. The carrier was good about communicating with me as to his estimated time of pick up and delivery. The car was on an open air carrier, so it was a bit dirty, however a good car wash solved that problem. There was no damage to the car. We paid an extra $40 for items shipped within the trunk of my son's car. I would use Honesty First Auto Transport again.
