This is the second time I have used Honesty First. The first time was two years ago when I shipped my car from Texas to Hawaii via Matson (Long Beach, CA). The service was exceptional then so I had every expectation it would be very positive when I shipped my car back a few weeks ago. It was! I shipped my car via Matson from Honolulu to Long Beach, CA, and then used Honesty First to arrange a carrier. This time I needed my car transported to New Jersey. Honesty First located a carrier (PK Lines), who picked my car up at the port in California and delivered it, as promised, to NJ.
In both cases David Franco was the gentleman who personally helped me. He couldn't have been more professional; he was always responsive, attentive and guided me every sep of the way. I was VERY pleased.
