I had an urgent transport when a prior company kept telling me that a "driver was available immediately" and 4 days later, they "left messages with the driver and he hasn't called back" WHAT??? Put a search out and Ship Your Car Now contacted me immediately and promised me a driver available for that day. I was given dispatch information, and was contacted by driver that car will be picked up in an hour. AND IT WAS!!! I was very happy. Car got to me, as promised by 7 am the next day. Thank you JD.
