contacted Ship your car now and got a quote to ship within 24 hours. Josh communicated with me about every 2 to 3 days. we were looking to do it about a month later. it was a tough location and we knwew that. as it got closer to our date and still no hauler, josh was speaking to me everyday. we were taking our son to college so we had a narrow window as to when the car could be delivered. the day before it had to go, still no hauler. someone from main office called and saiid they would have someone booked within a couple hours. 30 minutes later we had it booked. driver showed up next day on time. driver communicated with me as to dropoff time. he called me 4 times on the day of drop. very simple very painless, great company
