We thank you for taking the time to write your review. As expressed to the BBB, if you have the other documentation that you would like to submit to us for review we would be happy to reopen and reassess your claim. We did offer compensation which was not to your satisfaction, so at this time we have closed the matter with our claims department in the same manner the BBB has closed this file- we have addressed the issues within the complaint but the customer did not accept the response.
